Holds Your Arch
A molded arch and cupped heel keep your foot sitting upright, hour after hour.

See it in action
Meet the Orthizen insole. Every step lands on a thick, springy cushion that squashes under your heel and bounces straight back, so standing, walking and long shifts stop wearing you down.
What's inside
Every Orthizen insole is built in layers, each one doing a specific job between your foot and the floor.
Massage Top Layer
Raised nodes gently work the sole of your foot with every step.
Internal Cushioning
A soft foam layer that takes the sting out of hard floors.
TPU Arch Support
A firm arch shell that cradles your midfoot and keeps it from collapsing.
Heel Gel Pad
Extra cushion right where your heel strikes first.
Front Gel Pad
Eases pressure under the ball of your foot.
Honeycomb Outsole
A perforated base that breathes and grips inside the shoe.

Before & After
A flat insole lets your heel roll inward, and every step on a hard floor travels straight up through your ankle. Orthizen's cushioned heel cup and molded arch keep your foot sitting upright, so standing all day feels a lot less punishing. Drag the slider to see the difference.

Size guide
One insole fits them all. Find your US size, then trim along the toe until the insole matches the length shown.
In between sizes? Trim to the larger length first, then take off a little more if needed.
Find your sizePick your usual US shoe size in the chart and note the length next to it.
Mark the lengthMeasure from the heel of the insole and mark that length at the toe, or trace your old insole.
Trim and testCut a little at a time along the toe, slip it in and adjust. You can always take off more.
Your feet will thank you
Swap the flat foam in your shoes for real cushioning and arch support, and try them on your longest days.

Everything worth knowing before you order.
They fit most sneakers, work shoes, walking shoes and boots, anything with an insole you can lift out. Take the original insole out before you put these in, or the shoe will feel tight.
There is one size and you trim it to yours. They arrive long on purpose. Use the insole from your own shoe as the template, line up the heels and cut around the toe. Cut conservatively the first time, because you cannot put it back.
Not if you remove the original insole first. These sit in its place rather than on top of it. If a shoe was already snug, expect it to feel a little closer.
Wipe them with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air dry away from a radiator. Keep them out of the washing machine and the tumble dryer. Heat is what kills foam.
It depends on how many hours a day you are standing on them. When you press the heel pad and it no longer springs back, they have done their work and it is time for a fresh pair.
Yes. Once they are trimmed they lift straight out and go into another pair. Just remember they have been cut to the shoe you trimmed them for, so a much smaller pair will not work.
Email support@orthizen.com within 45 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. Worn is fine and there is no restocking fee. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.
Your shoes came with a thin sheet of foam. It was never meant to carry a twelve-hour shift, and after a few weeks it is flat. These replace it.
Covered by the same 45-day money-back guarantee as everything else we make. Wear them on real shifts, and if they are not for you, send them back.
If the shoes are worn out as well as the insole, ours come with this cushioning already built in.
