How To Measure Your Foot Length
Place a sheet of paper flat against a wall.
Stand on it with your heel touching the wall and your weight on that foot.
Hold a pencil upright at the tip of your longest toe and mark the paper.
Measure from the wall edge of the paper to your mark. That is your foot length.
Add 3 to 5 mm so your toes have room.
Compare the result with the chart above.
Measure both feet and use the longer one. Feet also swell over a long day, so measure in the afternoon or evening rather than first thing.

I decided to try the Orthizen comfort 2.0 shoes as cute summer work shoe, I am a hairstylist and can be on my feet for up to 6-8 hours straight. These are so comfortable! They keep me balanced, give me a little height and I don’t feel the aching that I normally do at the end of the day. I decided to order the other color and use my points when purchasing them. I noticed that the points were still pending so I called customer service. I got someone on the phone right away, no prompts or being redirected to a website and she was super friendly and helpful and cleared my points so I could immediately use them. They are a little pricey, however these will be my go to shoes for work and regular wear, the never ending hunt is over so it’s totally worth it
One year later and orthizen is still a winning brand. Their kicks give quality, foot-helping comfort and their costumer care will make you smile. I was pretty much a fan from the jump. Like really, orthizen is a rare gem, chock-full of integrity. You can see it in their policies, staff and outstanding products. Even their site is helpful and gives spot-on recommendations. Any additional questions I have, I simply called. I already have five pairs. My aunt (who I hipped to them last month) has already ordered pair two.
I have flat feet, and I mean FLAT. Over the years I’ve bought high street shoes and slippers and made do! I had a hip replacement in January and my walking is worse than ever. So I searched for shoes that supported a non existent arch, I found Orthizen, I immediately ordered a pair of comfort 2.0. They arrived quickly. As soon as I put them on, my feet didn’t flop inwards! This was the first time I can honestly say I can feel the arch support! my feet feel supported and very comfortable! This is the start of me buying orthizen shoes!
The shoes have really been helping my heel pain. I’m so thankful I found the company online. I love that there are multiple colors to choose from. It’s nice to know I can be casual or dressy with comfort. The shoes have truly helped me walk the golf course in comfort and I am thankful as I plan for my high school son’s graduation and an upcoming cruise that I can have the right shoes to support my feet so I can focus on the events of life rather than my foot pain. I had tried different orthotics and heel pads, but these shoes have been better for me than those. I combine the shoes with a foot roller, stretches, and a night brace.
10+ star for Customer Service! Liam were amazing! The excellent level of their service cannot be matched. The quick answer and transfer to a call was unbelievable! They were professional, kind, attentive and gave great recommendations. I was skeptic at first to buy another expensive pair of shoes due to my painful foot with planter fasciitis and stabing heels, but after I received the first pair my pain went from a 10 down to a 2. Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The minus one star is just about the design choices. Too many look like tennis shoes. They also tend to be on the bulky, ortho-looking side. They could use more fashionable design choices that don't look like we have foot problems.
I love my orthizen comfort 2.0, they are so light and cuddle my foot with good cushioning, make me forget about my foot pain. but I need them in top condition. It has been 7 months every day wearing them, I think they need new insole. I just inquired if they can send me, oliver was so quick to response and done exactly what I needed. Thank you! No other shoes company does that. comfort 2.0 is a bit pricey but there are good reasons behind it. Good products and good people. Please never change.
I've not dealt with customer service, so I can't comment on other people's reviews. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet are pronated. The arch support and rigid sole has been a blessing for me. Before I started buying these there were mornings I couldn't walk. I've ordered five pairs of shoes over two orders. No issues at all with payment or delivery speed to Central Coast NSW.
Nobody told me that heels potentially act up as one gets older. I mean, nobody drops knowledge on any of the weirder aging changes, but regarding the heel one THANK YOU orthizen for making my heels and feet feel as good as new again.

Orthizen shoes are comfortable. The company allows you to assure yourself that they are comfortable by allowing a trial period of wear. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because they don't offer many styles and color choices.

Comfortable boot for 12 hours days. there is no fatigue on your feet whatsoever. Boot is very light and durable. Reason for the four star because of the looks it can be much better looking in design

A really good pair of shoes. Love the slip on feature, and finally can walk, with this plantar fascitis, without a cane. But the light colored shoe is a dirt magnet. I may but again in a darker color.
